How to change the order of appearance of pages in the main nav bar
module on the homepage?

I go into CMPS but all pages dont show there.

Also...when creating new pages the "insert image" button opens a
pop-up window that shows the only option as a URL. Is there a hack
that will allow images from desktop or from file?
