Altering user information visible on threads
 

When you look at a post there's the username to left and then on the far right There is information on location, date joined, number of posts, etc. Can I create my own categories there? For instance since I'm surveying clients with health problems I'd like to have something like "Became ill in X", or "Activity Level X' or "currently seeing Dr. X".

Can I do something like that and if so how?
