I just upgraded to 3.8.3. When I tried to move a thread the options on the next page
 

didn't appear.

In other words, I selected the thread to move, Clicked Move, when the next page appeared none of the options were there to move the thread. The page had essentially on it the Navbar, Google ads and that's it. This happens even in all the styles. TIA.
