Question about vbulletin License
 

I have this friend of mine who has a vbulletin,I forwarded the license to his domain, but he wants access to vbulletin.org,I found out I need to add him to the priority list on my license, if I do, will he have access to everything, including my customer number and password?Will he have access my license members area in vbulletin? Meaning he will be able to modify my license.
