Issue with invalidemail phrase
 

I tried to register on my forum with an invalid email to make sure the error message came up. It did which is great, but the link to contact the administrator does not work. I am using the default phrase

You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator.
but instead of pulling in the administrators email address (or link to profile page, or whatever it is supposed to pull in) it is using this:

http://mysite.com/forums/%1$s

in place of the {1}

When clicked I get the 400 Bad Request page.

Anybody have any ideas on where the register page gets it's errorlist from? I can't for the life of me find a page where the variables for invalidemail are defined.
