RSS feed importer not start
 

Hello,
I set up several rss in feed manager. The preview is fine, but the feeds are not imported. The destination forum are open to everybody (ex: http://www.baltazar.it/eventi-e-sagre/ ). Tried to reset them but nothing. In the scheduled operations I see the rss importer activated.
What to check? Maybe is missing some file?
