Getting visitors to actually register??
 

I have a rather new forum. It's about 2 months old. My problem is that I've gotten a fair amount of visitors to the forum over these past 2 months... but I only have like 15 members thus far. I'm trying to find out how to coax people who get to the forum to actually register?

I figured people must just be looking and not signing up because they can. So I decided just yesterday to make it where you could only see the threads and not view the actual post unless you registered. We'll see if that works or not. I figured I had nothing to loose by trying cause I wasn't getting any new users to begin with. But does anyone have any advice on how I can get people to register to my forum?
