banned email addresses
 

Visitors with hotmail accounts are banned from registering on my forum. I set this up a long time ago but don't recall where. Hotmail is *not* listed in vbulletin options>>user banning>>banned email addresses.

Any idea where else I could have inserted hotmail as a banned address for registering? I'd like to lift the ban.
