أنا قمت بطلب الإلتحاق بخدمة أدسنس وتم رفض طلبي

وأريد منكم إخوتي الكرام توضيح سبب الرفض من قبل جوجل أدسنس وهذا نص الرسالة التي أرسل جوجل أدسنس :
