messaging settings
 

In order to limit individuals from harvesting my member list and spammers
I would like to set PMs to 20 sec intervals and possibly not even allow them for members with less than "x" number of posts.

Same with emails

--->Excluding staff members of course

Can someone give me a breadcrumb on these settings?

Anyone do this and what time settings do you use?
Im trying to find a happy medium to thwart harvesters but at the same time not frustrate legit new users.
