Rapid PHP Editor starts out as a PHP text editor, but it offers more than that. The main things that keep this from being a premiere-class web editor are that it doesn’t have a WYSIWYG mode, link checker, or spell checker. But this is a high quality editor. If you work primarily in PHP websites, this is a good editor to look at.
