Auto Checkbox (ratio) when text field is changed (filled)

From Bug 27746.

When, for example,

• on page "Contact Us"
• we have inserted some text for item "Other"
• the radio button was checked automatically.

The code will be like this one:

The above checkbox will be checked/unchecked if:

- input or remove any text more then 5 characters in text field above
