Can't Edit Styles/Upload some Plugins
 

I have a dedicated windows box and I installed VB 3.8.2 on it.

I can upload large files fine (i set max upload size to 15MB in Apache, PHP, and MySQL), but when i try editing a style, i get a blank page after i try saving. Also, when uploading certain plugins (larger than 20KB), the page freezes on "Importing Product, Please Wait...".

Please help me! I've got to go live by the end of this week and these problems are severely hampering the possibility of that happening.
