Notices not showing up
 

Hi all,

I have a private paid subscription forum.

I'd like to display a note that gives people a link to how to register when they are trying to browse the forum.

I have set a notice that should be displayed when:

User does not below to usergroup "Summer Kids Make Money"
User is browsing forum "Summer Kids Make Money"

My note is:

"Hi {username},

This is a paid Inner Circle to help teach parents and kids how they can make money during the summer. Please visit How to sign up for Kids Make Money to see how to subscribe! It's very cost-conscious indeed."

The forum in question is

http://www.virtual-coach.com/forums/...ds-make-money/

If I HAVE enough permissions to access the forum, ie, I'm in as administrator, the notice DOES show up. Wah!

What am I doing wrong? (also, can one get hyperlinks in notices?)
