[مشكله] : unhandeled exception has occured in your application
 

لو سمحتوا يا اخواني - اخواتي

حملت برنامج لصنع الفيديوات , لكنه لا يعمل بالشكل المطلوب حيث تظهر الرسالة التالية :

unhandeled exception has occured in your application

بحثت كثيرا في الانترنت عن الحلول وجربت التالي ولا فائدة:

-قمت بحذف وإعادة تنصيب برنامج NET.Framework ثم اعادة تشغيل الجهاز.
-قمت بحذف وإعادة تنصيب البرنامج الذي لا يعمل أيضا.-
- نوع نظام الجهاز هو ويندوز 7 .

ما الحل ؟؟
