1. Is this on dedicated or shared virual server?
Dedicated

2. Server specifications.
Processor: 2x Intel Xeon-Dempsey 5050-Dual Core 3ghz (Though cPanel shows 8 processors)
Memory: 4gb Ram
HDD: 2x 250gb Weston Digital Sata-300 7200RPM (I assume NO Raid)
Os: CentOS 4.7 i686 (WHM/cPanel server)
Apache: 2.2.8
PHP: 5.2.6
MySql: 5.0.77-community

3. vBulletin Version
3.8.2

4. Any InnoDB tables?
Should be no InnoDB tables all should be MyIsam.

5. I have no idea. Standard cPanel / WHM compile I would assume.
