According to a post by Tweakers.net, T-Mobile Netherlands has listed 5 new iPhone models in its activation system. Chrissz has provided a screenshot that shows a 16GB model in black and white, a 32GB model in black and white,and another marked NTB.

We have also seen such listing of iPhone in Carphone Warehouse system, AT&T support system and also by T-Mobile Austria.
