Stupid Question: Where is the config.php file located?
 

I feel so dumb...

But somebody just told me how to fix a certain problem I'm having, and said to paste a certain code into the config.php file which will disable my plugins for me. But I can't find the bloody file, hah. :) Thanks in advance.
