Visitor messages missing 'reply to comment' button
 

One my 3.7.3 site there are 2 buttons in a visitor message "View conversation" and "Report".

On another site using 3.8.? I noticed there is an additional button labeled "Reply to Comment" which sends a comment to the other persons visitor message area. That makes a LOT more sense than the way my 3.7.3 site works where people have to keep checking other peoples profiles to see if there was an answer.



Is there any way to get the "Reply to Comment" button on in 3.7.3? Am I not clicking on the correct button in the admincp or is this a known issue?
