Missing Paypal Subscription
 

I had a member contact me about a subscription that wasn't entered. Their forum account was not updated with the correct usergroup, there was no profile information for a paid subscription and no entry at all in the subscription transaction log for that day (or the previous or following day).

The transaction does appear in Paypal. The format appears as I expect and the payment was completed instantly (not an e-check). The forum account name correctly appeared in the "Custom" field.

I have made zero changes to my forums in quite some time and I don't recall any similar issues in the past (other than echeck payments that are delayed and do appear in the log).

Any suggestions? I just went back over subscriptions for the last few months and don't see any similar payments that didn't get a subscription. I assume members would inquire, but I'd like to see if there are any known bugs of this type. Anything else I could check or possibly something I'm just not seeing?
