Moderators resubmit thread for member revision
 

If we could have a moderative option to send a thread into the "moderation queue", but instead of it going to the moderators it goes back to the user to edit and revise. This would be good for things like stories, if a post is make with bad spelling etc.... or if a moderator just wants a user to take a second look at their thread.
