Super mod banning options shows non-banned groups
 

In the super mod control panel there is an option to ban people.

There is an option to move/ban people into other user groups I created. I have several additional user groups that I've created but only 2 of them are showing up on that list.

Why are those groups showing up on that list? What can I do to remove those options?
