Is there a windows app to notify me of new posts on a forum?
 

I admin a few vbulletin forums.
I am looking for an app to install on my PC that will monitor the forums and popup a notification when someone posts a new thread or reply on the forum.

Is there such an app already?
I found one called "vbulletin notification application" but it hasnt been updated since 2006 and only does PM's.
