Three Features required. Are they available?
 

1) Our website is a public site, but we are not allowed to appear in search engines. Is is possible for the entire site to be coded with the No Index, No follow meta tags?

2) Can uploads be turned off?

3) From an intranet perspective, I'd like to use a format similar to your manual where administrators can post documents. Is this an addon?
