AM/PM not showing, 24-hour format fixed
 

Hi. In my vBulletin (http://www.forodecine.com) I have the time fromat correctly set (h:i A), but I simply cannot get the forum to show the AM/PM, or even get out of the 24 hour format correctly (it shows 11:23) no matter if it's 11:23 or 23:11. I've tried all (h:i a, h:i A, H:i, etc.)

Any clues on what to check?
