Way Off-Topic Problem
 

I am haveing a problem with one of the sites that uses vBulletin. My IP seems to have been blocked. The Moderators have checked for me and I am not banned. This same problem has happened to other users as well. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this glitch. I would appreciate any help you can give.
