"This program cannot display the webpage"
 

A user is unable to view my forum - here's an email he just sent to me:

I haven't been able to access the forum for over a week now.

I keep getting the message 'This program cannot display the webpage' each time.

It seems to be suggesting that either the domain name server is not readable or does not have a listing for the website's domain.

I have no problems accessing any other website or forum, so I'm at a loss to know what the problem is. Have you any ideas or suggestions?
Any suggestions?
