mysql problem
 

I'm moved from server to server i take a copy of my databases and everything would be okay..

but the problem that i didn't export the database to be like database.sql, and what i have now is the one folder of my databases which is located in /var/lib/mysql

for example i have it like admin_forum and it includes all tables.

now how can i identify or restore the current folder to be working with my forum.
