attachment upload problem.
 

I have one user that can't upload attachments.

his upload quota is 200mb he has in use 2mb.

when i want to attach a .jpg file i get the upload screen, when i next select a file and hit upload, it say's ..... file upload fail.

what could be wrong. every other user can upload.
