Link a word automatically to a url.
 

Is there a way to automatically make all words that match a specific word link to a url?

In other words in this sentence the example word Toys would link to the toy store. And if anyone, anywhere in any forum, typed the word Toy, it too would link to the toy store, automatically.

This would be good if it was forum specific also.
