Major Database Errors!
 

Every so often I have a few hours (and a few thousand emails) with these errors:

Database error in vBulletin :

mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections
/var/www/vhosts/socceram.net/httpdocs/forums/includes/class_core.php on line 311

I have a VPS with 3 VB installations and it happens on all of them. I think it will be an issue with the server but what is the best thing to check to resolve this issue
