Help on Admin section of PHP website.
 

I recently downloaded a ready-made Adsense niche website which was made in PHP. I have uploaded all the pages and directories. I can see the pages in my browser but I cant access the index page in admin directory. It gives "403 - Forbidden" error saying that the page is not accessable by the public. What might be the problem? Should I do something with my .htaccess file or what? Please help me I am new to PHP. Thanks.
