Code to Find / Search My Threads and My Posts in an Specific Forum

Hello.

I tried to Find the Code Line to be able to Find My Threads (and/or Posts) in an Specific Forum.

I know that to Find My Threads in all the Board I should write the Following Line in my Browser, (I'm User 1):

I know that to Find My Posts in all the Board I should write the Following Line in my Browser, (I'm User 1):

I know that to Find My Posts in an Specific Thread I should write the Following Line in my Browser, (I'm User 1 and let's Say Thread is Number 100):

For All of this 3 Searchs there are Mods in vB.Org.

- What I need to Know is what Code Line should I Write in My Browser to Find My Threads (Let's Assume I'm User 1) in an Specific Forum (Let's Assume the Forum Number is 100). :confused:
