This was the last thing I did for 2013 before going on break :P. I'm sorry it took so long for this to be finalized and put up here. Also sorry about the post install but that's a minor issue see the steps for fixing that. The %OEM% pack is highly modifiable due to the structure of it as well. There is much you can learn from this :). I'd also love to hear feedback :D


Step 1: Extract ISO from .7z compression (7zip)
Step 2: Install on physical or Virtual Machine
Step 3: Options are Server 2012 R2 Datacenter or Standard
Step 4: Let the machine run on first start to install applications and patch some registry entries (and restart)
Step 5: 2nd Boot up. It will try to run the post install again exit and go to step 6 :D
Step 6: Open "C:WindowsSetupScriptsFixes" RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR!
Step 7: Enable Audio Service by opening services.msc and scrolling over to windows audio. Switch to Automatic and right click and start.
Step 8: Disable User Account Control. Type in user. Select first option drag the option down to the bottom tier. I expect you to know what you just did.
Step 9: Search google for a Vmware 10.0.1 Product key
Step 10: Enjoy.
