How to create a custom time phrase?
 

I have to create a new time phrase. I just created a new phrase with the variable name: time_now_is_y. It contain text and translator value as well.

The problem is, that in the template it's not replaced with the proper text. In my design I have this definition: $vbphrase[time_now_is_y] but finally it's blank...

I have to create a duplicate of all_times_are_gmt_x_time_now_is_ phrase. And use actual time only. How can I do that?
