User, usergroups and forum permissions
 

Hi all,

The user, usergroups and forum permissions are not clear for me yet.
I just transferred from phpbb3 to VB and I can't get the way permissions are handled in my head.

Can someone explain to me how they work? Which permissions are leading?

I got 2 forum permissions, 1 under 'usergroups' and 2 under 'forums & moderators'. Are they the same?

I what order should I set permissions before I open my forum?
