Which web server to use?
 

I have a dedicated Windows 2003 Server Standard.

I was going to use Nginx (compiled under cygwin) as the web server, but i read that on windows its 500 times slower than on linux. So now im stuck. I dont know if i should just use IIS or go with Apache, Lighttpd, or Nginx. I want to avoid Apache because its a resource hog.

My server will host 1 vbulletin forum and a perl script (DNS, Database, etc on the server too).

Any suggestions?

Server Specs:
Intel Pentium E5200 2.50GHz (DualCore)
1GB Memory
500GB USB Hard Drive
Windows 2003 Server Standard
