There are several way to do this depending on your OS and software. On Linux/Mac you could e.g. use crontab and wget to achieve this by typing "crontab -e" in terminal, which will open a file, then add "* * * * * cd /var/www/mysite/xml && wget -N http://xml.livescoreshop.com/XX/result.xml" to this file and save. This will download the result.xml file every minute to the /var/www/mysite/xml folder. Make sure the folder you use is writable by the crontab owner and readable by the webserver.
