pre-populated subject lines on reply?
 

I have a number of different vbulletin forums. I just installed a new one and have noticed that the subject line isn't automatically populated when a user is replying. On my other installations, the subject line is populated (IE RE: subject). Is there a setting somewhere I am missing?
