SMTP problem
 

I've just completed a move to a different hosting company and everything was fine on old one but now I am getting this error when running email diagnostics while smtp is enabled:

Smtp conection to same account works fine from Outlook express. And port is the same 465 there.

Any suggestions please on what could be wrong?
