Can't upload attachments/avatars
 

This seems to be a problem i've come across on google so far I've attempted to CHMOD my /tmp to 1777 - says its still 777. I called my host and asked them to do it they tried and it came to the same results, they suggested using SSH to set the permissions - attempted and still does not seem to fix it. So they recommended calling back monday to talk to the IT pros there.

Originally I also had no php.ini so I uploaded one of my own. setting the upload_tmp_dir = "/tmp"
