قامت داتاسنتر هيتزنر ، بمراسلة العملاء منذ قليل,

و افادتهم بزيادة خطوط الاتصال لجميع السيرفرات لتكون افتراضيا 1 جيجا ,

و يصحب ذلك زيادة في سعة خط الانترنت اللحظية الي 200 ميجا ,

و جميع الزيادات مجانا بدون اي زيادة علي الاشتراك الشهري للسيرفرات,


بكل رسالة ستصلكم مواعيد محددة للعمل علي زيادة سرعة الاتصال الخاص بكم,


برجاء العل ان اثناء ترقية خط الاتصال سيتوقف السيرفر عن العمل وسيعود مباشرة عند الانتهاء ,

علما بأنها ليست فترة كبيرة ، ولن يتعرض السيرفر الي الايقاف بل سيتم فصله عن الانترنت ,

Dear client,

In addition to the excellent price/performance ratio of our products,
we place particular emphasis on first-class infrastructure.

We are pleased to inform you that with the introduction of the free
1 Gbit/s uplink for the new dedicated root server models, we shall be
gradually making the 200 Mbit/s guaranteed bandwidth available for all
dedicated root server clients.

So that you too will be able to profit from the increased bandwidth for
your existing server, we shall be reconfiguring numerous switches over
the coming weeks and months and activating 1 Gbit/s uplinks for all.

We are therefore planning to reconfigure the switch for the following
servers in the night from XX. September 2013 03.00 hours (CEST)
to XX. September 2013 03.30 hours (CEST) accordingly:

During the changeover, your server will be unavailable for a short period of
time. So that you are able to benefit from the full bandwidth, it is
necessary that the network configuration for your server be adjusted
as simultaneously as possible. For assistance with this, please see

Should you not adjust to the new network settings, a reduction in transmission
speed due to half-duplex mode, is to be expected.

If you should have already booked the Gbit/s port option for the above-mentioned
servers, this will naturally no longer be charged in future. The inclusive
traffic will be adjusted in line with standard traffic.
