Article Manager and Categories
 

Article Manager - 4.2.1
PhpWS - 1.6.2

For the life of me I cannot get the Categories options to display for selection in the edit/new page of Article Manager.
All I ever get is "Category: None" no drop down or any other way to select a category.
I have my categories all setup and I have the option to "Group headlines into categories" checked in A.M.

What am I missing?
