User Interface Ignore threads with low Rating
 

What you think about "digg-like" feature: give user possibility to ignore threads with rating lower then X (with Y minimum numbers of votes and Z minimum number of views, Y and Z specified by administrator).

(current rating controls are not very usable, users are lazy to use popups, but I hope it will be improved later)
