problem with subdomain
 

when we want to upgrade we can`t see new changes. as an example we upgrade to 3.8.2 but when we open cpanel it says your
version is 2.7.4

or we install some other things and have same problem. at the same time I have had other problems from months ago with this subdomain.the one who does these items belives there is problem with httacess or root... or somethings like that but not sure. sorry for poor english
