changing forum and using same license?

Sorry if this question has been asked before...

I had bought 2 vBulletin licenses for forums that I wanted to create. I created one but never got the second off of the ground. I have come up with a new and different forum idea that I want to use the license on.

My question is could I change the URL on the license that I've never used and create a different forum than what I had originally bought the license for? If so, what would I have to do.
