Moderators cannot edit blog customizations?
 

is there a way to give our moderators access to edit blog customizations?

For example, if a user posts an unsuitable image in his blog title, this cannot be edited out by a moderator, even though they can see the "Edit Blog Customizations" button. Nothing happens.

Is this on purpose or something that I have screwed up somehow?
