Photo uploading error message
 

One of my members gets this message when uploading a photo in the album:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

But I have no idea what to do to fix it. Any ideas?
