VBulliten Questions
 

I am creating a website for people to come and post questions and we will have a specific team of users who will respond to these questions.

Can Vbulliten do the following:

Allow users to register on the site but ONLY be able to post NEW thread's once they have paid, and ONLY to post new threads, not reply to an existing thread

Allow anyone to view the forum and view the posts......no posting or starting new threads

Allow certain users to reply to exisiting posts

Allow a template to be created for individual forums that users must adhere to when posting new threads.

All new threads must be approved my a moderator before being viewed on the system

Please can you let me know if the above is possible
