soft delete?
 

I see many fine folks have made the mistake of "hard delete" by accident....
which Ive just done [fortunately only 3 posts in the deleted thread]

but thats enough to make me aware that I want permissions for
EVERYONE set to soft delete only! If I ever need a hard delete I can go into the adminCP and temporarily change the settings, delete, then change settings back.

Whats the best way to set all mods & admin to soft delete only globally?
